Sports is 改为are……
It not only make……改为makes

这个句子不对，前后句主语不一致了，建议：Not only it makes me happy, but also I can get a strong body.

正文第四行exercise打错了 healthier打错了 be后面句号没打

In a word后面要用逗号

better grade改为 better grades，可数名词单数不能单独使用

Better body， better life.Do more exercises so that we can learn better

Sports is important for us. my favorite sport is basketball.
It not only makeS me happy,but also getS ME a strong body. I do sports every day, you konw ,the more exercisES I do, the hEAlthier I will be. I feel excited when I AM DOING exerciseS ,because of that, I become stronger than before .
