季加孚教授先后于国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇，总影响因子达130.7，编写和编译学术著作8部。培养硕士、博士研究生，博士后40余人。曾获北京市科学技术进步三等奖、科技部优秀论文奖等奖励，以及北京市总工会经济技术创新标兵、中国抗癌协会先进工作者等荣誉称号 。
